Bellevue Properties Construction and Maintenance, L.L.C., a division of Bellevue Properties Group, L.L.C., is a full service construction and maintenance company. Started in 2005, the Construction and Maintenance team performs the general overall maintenance of our properties, new  tenant fit-outs and retro-fits.

Careful attention to both preventative and on-going maintenance of our buildings has always been a priority. As a full service facility maintenance company, our goal is to provide exceptional service and workmanship by coordinating the needs of our customers and clients with our Property Management team for fast and efficient service. Utilizing an extensive network of highly qualified, carefully screened contractors allows BPCM to perform an array of maintenance and repair services, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance and repairs.

BPCM is also a General Contractor, supervising and managing new commercial and residential construction projects.

Notable projects include:

• Tenant Fit Out of 22,000sf for AtlantiCare at 6550 Delilah Road
• Owner Contracted Fit Out of 14,000sf for Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurses at 6550 Delilah Road, EHT
• Completion of the Core and Shell renovation project of 6550 Delilah Road, Building One.
• Complete building renovation and Tenant Fit Out of 2 Sindoni Lane in Hammonton NJ for Associated Cardiovascular Associates, including a 2,220 addition.
• Tenant Fit Out of 5000sf for Kessler Home Health Care at 6550 Delilah Road
• Building Renovation of the former Bradlees at Ventnor Plaza to make way for Peebles and Dollar Tree.
