About Thomas
Bellevue Properties Group proudly welcomes the newest additional to our Management Team. Tom comes to us from Grubb & Ellis Management Services inc., where he was responsible for approximately 450,000sf of Class-A office space in New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. His previous experience also includes American Water Company as a real estate manager (national portfolio), construction project manager and special project coordinator.

Tom’s background includes a BS in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Real Property Administrator Certification (RPA) from the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
