As Director of Operations at Bellevue for 10 years, Dan’s primary responsibilities are Leasing and Legal matters. He has brought with him a combined 30 years of experience in commercial / residential real estate construction, development, management, finance, sales and leasing. His resume includes positions with Wood Builders, Resorts Hotel & Casino and Vanguard Property Group.

A long-time area resident, Dan is actively involved in the community. He is past-Executive VP of Atlantic County Chamber of Commerce, VP of membership at Somers Point Jazz Society, Participated in Big Brothers / Big Sisters program of Atlantic County and a member of UNICO.

Graduate Studies at Monmouth College
Licensed NJ State Real Estate producer for 20 years
